Invite to Tweed Heads Dojo opening, class with Sensei Michael Williams and social afterwards

Where – South Tweed Sports Club : 4 Minjungbal Dr, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486

When – 10am onwards 5-3-2016

Format for the day –

10am access to Club and change rooms

10.30am Opening ceremony by Sensei Michael Williams

Between 10.45am – 11 am Start of class with Sensei Michael Williams for 2 hours – visitors $15

Lunch at the club Bistro and social – Mains around $10 to $15

RVSP so we can reserve a table in the Bistro

The founder of Aikido, Master Ueshiba, said that this form was “The Art of Peace”, with the whole idea being to return all situations to a state of harmony.

Aikido is now used in conflict resolution all over the world.

Visitors are welcome to watch or join in.

Aikido is considered suitable for all people young and old, as high levels of strength and fitness are not necessary to protect ourselves.
